Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service govern your use of heartbicepai.com, operated as Heart Bicep AI. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact us at support@heartbicepai.com.

Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. Our Refund Policy sets out refunds and remedies for generation problems and forms part of these terms.

Adults only and permitted photos

You must be at least 18 years old to use Heart Bicep AI. Uploading a photo of anyone under 18 is absolutely prohibited, including your own childhood photo or a photo uploaded with a parent’s permission. The upload confirmation is a required declaration that your use meets these rules, not an exception to them.

Before uploading, you must confirm that the photo shows you, or that you have the consent of the person in it. You may upload only your own photo, a photo of another adult who has agreed to this AI processing and use, or a photo of your own pet. Permission to view or download a photo does not by itself give you permission to use it here.

You promise that you have the right to use every photo you upload. You must not upload:

• anyone under 18;
• celebrities, public figures, or strangers;
• sexual, nude, or otherwise private or intimate content;
• violent or gory content.

Automatic photo check

We automatically check each photo when you submit it, before any preview or video is made. Every submitted photo, including one that ends up refused, is sent to Clef-flash, an AI model hosted on Cloudflare Workers AI, for this check. If the check finds that a photo appears to contain sexual or explicit content, appears to show someone under 18, or appears to show a celebrity or public figure, we refuse it on the spot: nothing is generated, no credit is used, and we do not store the photo. If the check cannot run, we also refuse the photo, and you can try again.

If too many photos from your account or network are refused in one day, we pause uploads until 00:00 UTC. A pause does not use any credit.

The check is automated and can be wrong in either direction. Passing it does not mean a photo is allowed, and these terms apply whether or not the check catches a violation. If you think a photo was refused by mistake, contact support@heartbicepai.com.

Consequences of a violation

We may remove prohibited content, suspend access, and terminate accounts for violations. Violations of the under-18 prohibition will result in account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law or where suspected child exploitation or other unlawful conduct warrants a report.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to create, upload, or share:

• Sexual or nude content, including pornographic or sexually suggestive material.
• Violent or gory content, such as graphic violence, blood, injuries, or gore.
• Hate speech, or material that harasses or threatens people.
• Anything that endangers children, including any photo of a person under 18 and any material that sexualizes a minor.
• Deepfakes or impersonation: passing one real person off as another, placing anyone in a sexual or intimate scene, or presenting a result as proof that someone did, said, endorsed, or agreed to something they did not.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including photos, characters, logos, or brands you do not have the right to use.

Do not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, or other rights. Violations lead to the actions described under “Consequences of a violation” above. Report violating content to support@heartbicepai.com.

You are responsible for the photos you submit, the permissions you obtain, and how you use or publish the output. Follow applicable laws and the rules of any platform where you post, including that platform’s AI-content labeling and disclosure requirements.

Service and AI limitations

Heart Bicep AI offers fun video templates with fixed motions: you choose a template and upload a photo, and you do not write a prompt. It turns a suitable photo into an AI-generated still preview and, if purchased, a short video. Previews are made with Seedream 4.5 and videos with Kling 3.0, which we use through kie.ai. AI output varies and may contain imperfect faces, hands, anatomy, or movement. A preview indicates the likely direction of the result; it is not a guarantee of every frame or of a particular likeness or artistic result.

Generation normally takes a few minutes, but we do not guarantee an exact completion time or uninterrupted availability. Pet outputs are playful interpretations: paws cannot form a true human-style heart.

Paid videos are silent: they include no TikTok sound and no music. You are responsible for permissions for any audio you add elsewhere.

Payments and credits

Video purchases are one-time payments processed by Waffo, our payment partner and merchant of record, with no subscription. Packs contain 1, 3, or 10 video credits, with pricing from $2.99. Review the price shown at checkout before purchasing. Credits do not expire.

The limited free still preview is not a free video. There are no free videos. A failed generation automatically returns the video credit so you can retry. Refunds for unused credits and remedies for clearly broken completed results are described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in that policy removes rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.

Your content and service materials

You retain your rights in the photos you upload. You grant Heart Bicep AI permission to store, process, and transmit that content to the service providers needed to generate and deliver your results and operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not claim ownership of your photo. We do not guarantee that AI output is unique or eligible for copyright protection, or that using an output will avoid third-party rights. Our site software, branding, and other service materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Purchasing credits does not transfer those materials to you.

Retention and downloads

Photos, previews, and generated videos are automatically deleted after 30 days. Download anything you want to keep before that period ends. Non-expiring credits do not mean that uploaded or generated files remain available indefinitely. You can request earlier deletion by email; provider processing and retention are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Takedowns, abuse, and access

Send takedown requests or abuse reports to support@heartbicepai.com. Identify the content, explain your concern and any rights involved, and provide enough information for us to locate it. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents or prohibited images in a report.

We may restrict or terminate access for breaches of these terms or unlawful use. We may also remove content involved in a rights complaint while reviewing it. Any action remains subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.

No affiliation

Heart Bicep AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, CapCut, ByteDance, X, or any creator mentioned on the site. References to those names describe a trend, an editing option, or a service provider; they do not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect output, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You must review output before using it. These disclaimers do not exclude warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Heart Bicep AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from your publication or misuse of output. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase giving rise to that claim. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator is established, subject to any mandatory protections and rights available to you under applicable law. Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and changing the date above. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove mandatory rights associated with an earlier purchase.
